Clients remain the data controller/business for advertising campaigns.
5. Advertising Platforms & Third-Party Tools
We manage campaigns on third-party platforms such as search engines, social networks, and programmatic/DSP platforms.
- Use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, suspensions, or algorithm updates
- Ad accounts may be owned by the client unless otherwise agreed
6. Fees & Payments
- Fees are outlined in the applicable agreement or invoice
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
- Taxes, ad spend, platform fees, and third-party costs are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise
7. Intellectual Property
a. Our Property
All Website content, branding, text, graphics, and materials are owned by or licensed to So What Digital and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
b. Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. By submitting content, clients grant us a limited license to use such materials solely to perform services.

9. Disclaimers
